During the train puzzle, you can actually get the train up and running and meet Chuck without grabbing the map of the train routes, which changes up quite a few different lines of dialogue. This is one such instance.
Instead of Kenny asking you to tag along to start the train, he'll tell you that they should find out where the train goes before they do anything.
