This is a rather uncommon way to get Kenny to stop the train in Long Road Ahead. If you choose to fight him, and don't mash Q when prompted, the 'fight' will play out differently.
The dialogue will also change based on your relationship with Kenny.
This is one of my personal favorite ways to end the train scene.
